Key Responsibilities:

·         Successfully completes engineering work in one or more of the following: technology development, product design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process study, research investigation (animal and clinical studies), and report preparation.

·         Leads design changes to address complaints or product improvements and technical advancement projects.

·         Develops and coaches others on engineering documentation.

·         Trains and/or provides work direction to technicians and less experienced engineers.

·         Identify and coordinate activities required to complete the project or task through the team

·         Ensure timely completion of activities ensuring policies and practices are followed and accurate documentation is kept

·         Effectively lead team ensuring good cross-functional communications and provide input to functional managers on team and team member performance

·         Identify, communicate, and manage moderate levels of technical risk

·         Delegate and manage tasks among team members as appropriate to their skill level and risk to the project

·         Identify and clear barriers or appropriately escalate so the team can progress

·         Resolve conflicts with team members and involve functional management as required to ensure timely project completion

·         Make occasional presentations to upper management


·         Bachelor’s /master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, advance degree preferred

·         8-10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

·         Strong organization, execution and communication skills will be required, as well as a demonstrated

·         Ability to lead and work together with a cross functional team.

Packaging Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

The job requires a self-motivated individual with collaborative skills on project, process with limited supervision. The individual should be a team player who is willing to collaborate.

  • Fully participates in and successfully contributes to project teams typically including the following activities: Packaging/product design and development, test of materials, preparation of specifications, process capability studies, report preparation, and process/test documentation.
  • Generate, evaluate and coordinate packaging related documentation including specifications, test plans/reports, and other BSC Product Development Process documents. Strong knowledge of statistical methodology.

·         Evaluate, create and document package/product test methods for new product development and existing design improvements.

  • Understanding of documentation management systems and good manufacturing practices (GMPs) is required.
  • Work closely with other members of the Packaging Engineering department and interact with personnel from a variety of areas within BSC.
  • Develop strong team skills, including communication, teamwork, initiative and managed execution of all project deliverables.
  • Work with suppliers and OEM contacts to establish partnerships to maximize quality, delivery, and lead times, and to incorporate their abilities, ideas, and material/product knowledge into new development.

       ·      Keep abreast of new technologies, test methods and advances in the medical device packaging industry.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Packaging Engineering or Equivalent Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 2-6 years’ work experience
  • Experience with MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Statistical Software and its use for Engineering Applications
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain / Product Distribution practices

Quality Specialist

Role : Quality Specialist – Sustaining Engineering

Work Location : Pune

Experience Required : 3 to 7 Years

Specialist – Windchill and Cognition Cockpit 

* Represents the Documentation Services department and Windchill 


* Masters, explains and applies BSC data management tools 

(Windchill and Cockpit). 

* Detailed understanding of procedures relating to Windchill and 

Cockpit (Global, Corporate and Site) and responsible for ensuring that their 

requirements are met. 

* Change Notice (CN) Process: Process CN through various stages 

of the CN process. This may include CN creation, Submission Review; 

Implementation, and Document Issuance (Manages the distribution of documents 

as needed). 

* Provide documentation and change management support as 


* Works with designers/engineers to determine model accuracy, 

design, drafting standards and EDS package documentation. 

* Critically examines existing procedures used within the 

Documentation Services Group (relating to their function) and update as 

required to ensure compliance to ISO13485 requirements. 

* Interacts between functional groups in support of Document 

Change Notices. 

* Facilitates Document Review meeting and makes recommendations 

as needed to functional areas. 

* Support quality related needs of various departments including 

Quality Systems, Design Quality Assurance, and R&D. This includes 

validation documentation, manufacturing process instructions and quality 

planning support. 

* Help maintain various spreadsheets and databases for quality 

systems processes. 

* Update supervisor of work status or problems with 

recommendations for improvement or correction. 

Technical Illustrator

Role- Technical Illustrator

Work Location- Hyderabad

Experience- 1 to 3 Years

The scope of work would include to change the branding names, sanity checks and other illustration related simple/medium type of work.

Requires an illustrator with very good experience with all the Microsoft tools, Adobe Illustrator to update all the user documentation’s.

The illustrator must have an hands on experience to understand the client requirement and to do the necessary changes.

API Automation

Role:  AP Automation Engineer.

Experience: 3 to 8 years.

Job Description:

·       3 to 8 years’ experience in  test automation solution/framework which is modular and robust.

·       Working experience in navigation & maps is a plus.

·       Proven Experience of UI and API automation solutions like Selenium, Appium, etc.

·       Expert level knowledge of Java & Java based automation frameworks.

·       High level knowledge of BDD & Cucumber.

·       Working experience of Eclipse & Android Studio.

• Perform document QA and editing of technical documents. Areas of focus include

• Document consistency and effectiveness (e.g. document makes sense) 

• Specified configurations are valid

• Branding and publishing readiness which includes: – Correct use of product names – Formatting is correct – Spelling and grammar are correct 

• Specific checks on Legal items 

• Ability to work with document authors (engineers), suggesting corrections and improvements 

• Facilitation of the publication of documents 

• Prioritization of tasks to optimize throughput and ensure the high priority documents are completed on time.

Test Automation (Squish)

Education & Training

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or any relevant field



  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Software Testing and GUI Test Automation
