Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all the services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the business teams.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  • Creating and implementing strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
  • Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
